something about a childhood dream and a great Pyrenees named "buddy"
One of my favorite memories growing up is my Great Pyrenees named "Buddy". I remember driving out to a town called Fallbrook with my Dad and picking up our first Great Pyrenees in the fall of 1998. A memory I cherish greatly. "Buddy" would become a sweet friend, a gentle giant, a chicken protector, and a great memory. He was so friendly we could take him anywhere and people would fall in love with his gentle nature and fluffy polar bear looks.
The dream of having another Great Pyrenees for my family was planted and in 2020 it became a reality. My husband and I took to creating our own little farm and quickly recognized the need for predator deterrence. The dream of locating a special boy reminiscent of "Buddy" with the idea to start a small breeding program became a reality.
We searched the entire country for the right combination of genetics, looks and temperament We found two excellent Great Pyrenees (Betty & Bruno) that each bring different characteristics that we wanted. Our dogs have been part of our family and are very special pets. On our property we have a flock of egg laying hens, a unique hillside garden, and a home fruit basket orchard; with lots of natural predators such as coyotes, bobcats and mountain lions. We rely on Betty & Bruno to keep our surroundings safe for our three young children and enjoy their companionship as family dogs greatly!

the goal: great health + excellent disposition
Today we are thankful for the opportunity to work with this special breed and are striving to be responsible stewards to preserve the best traits of the Great Pyrenees. We are very excited to find only the best homes for our special puppies and look forward to seeing these amazing puppies grow!
